You can update* or change* your registered bank account by sending a scanned copy of your latest unredacted/unchanged UK bank statement featuring the following information to the Lendy Support team.
a. Your full name, as detailed on your platform account
b. Your full address, as detailed on your platform account
c. Bank/Building Society name and logo
d. Sort code
e. Account Number
Please send the scanned bank statement to support@lendy.co.uk under the subject heading "New/Verify Bank Details" and allow up to 10 working days for your change to be processed.
*Please note we can only update bank account via the electronic method, for those investors which are KYC/AML verified.
