Our business was set up with the aim of taking the heavy lifting out of property investing on behalf of our clients.
To help fulfil this aim we have deliberately set out to attract some of the most experienced and dedicated credit assessors in the industry, whose role, alongside our appointed external advisers, is to assess all borrowing proposals/requests to ensure risks are identified and mitigated and all credit policy procedures and processes are adhered to, prior to development tranches being drawn.
The Monitoring Survey Reports are legal documents and are provided to companies like ours, on a strict, confidential basis. They are also, by their very nature, written with a certain degree of legalese and jargon that could potentially be misunderstood or misinterpreted if reviewed with a layman's eye.
Our policy therefore is not to make them available to investors. However, we are exploring other options which helps investors monitor the progress of their investment projects.
