Our aim is always to make new loans available for investment as soon as we have carried out our due diligence and other legal checks and we never hold loans back artificially. This can therefore result in loans coming available in batches. The situation can also prompt investors to sell loanparts in order to re-invest in these new loan opportunities, which can increase the number of loans available at any given time.
